• to unsubscribe from the ect_action list, use:
  ect-action-unsubscribe@mlm.newmediavoice.org
  

Please note: You must send your request from the same address at which you are currently being sent the list messages. If your browser is set to send messages from a different address, please copy the address from below, open your email application, and send a new email to this address from the address at which you are receiving the list messages. If you wish, you may write "unsubscribe" in the subject line and in the message area, although this is not necessary.

If you are having difficulty unsubscribing, and are unsure of which address to send the message from, check the Original-recipient line of the header at the top of a message you have received from the list.
